Fund the transaction fee
On Ethereum mainnet, ETH pays gas for ETH transfers, ERC-20 sends, staking, and smart-contract transactions. Other networks require their appropriate gas asset, and fees vary with the network and congestion.

Manage ETH, ERC-20 tokens, and supported Ethereum NFTs in self-custody. Select the right network, reserve the appropriate gas asset, and review every staking or dApp approval.
Wallet operations
Atomic keeps your encrypted keys on your device; you control network selection, token contracts, gas, and smart-contract permissions.

Store listed ERC-20 tokens at your Ethereum address and add unlisted tokens by verified contract address. Supported Ethereum NFTs appear in the built-in gallery alongside fungible assets.
Swap ETH and supported tokens without giving up control of your keys. Review the pair, rate, fees, and minimum before confirming.
Network selection
Confirm the deposit network with the sender or recipient before every transfer. Each network keeps a separate balance and requires its appropriate gas asset.
| Network | What to manage | Before transferring |
|---|---|---|
| Ethereum mainnet | ETH, listed or verified custom ERC-20 tokens, supported Ethereum NFTs | Select Ethereum and keep ETH available for gas. |
| Optimism | Assets on this supported Ethereum scaling network | Select Optimism explicitly; an Ethereum-style address does not make its balance interchangeable with mainnet. |
| Arbitrum | Assets on this supported Ethereum scaling network | Select Arbitrum explicitly and reserve the appropriate gas asset. |
| Polygon | Assets on a separate EVM-compatible network | Do not treat Polygon as Ethereum mainnet or assume its gas and balances are shared. |
Token workflows
Listed assets, custom tokens, and collectibles require different checks before you receive, send, or approve a transaction.
Listed ERC-20 tokens such as USDT, USDC, LINK, and UNI use your Ethereum address. Confirm Ethereum mainnet with the sender, and keep ETH available when you later send the token.
Supported Ethereum NFTs can be viewed and managed in the built-in gallery alongside your fungible tokens.
Find the token’s Ethereum contract address from an authoritative project source, then follow Atomic’s custom-token flow. A matching name or symbol does not prove that two contracts represent the same asset.
Your private keys are encrypted and stored locally. Protect the device and recovery phrase, and review token contracts, network selection, transaction details, and smart-contract permissions before approving.
Lido liquid staking
Atomic provides access to Lido. Your stETH balance represents the position; it is not the same as running a solo validator.
You do not need the 32 ETH required for a solo validator. Review the current in-app minimum and network fee before confirming.
stETH represents your liquid-staking position. Keep enough ETH for staking-related transactions; Atomic reserves a small, variable amount for future fees.
Rewards accrue to stETH approximately every 24 hours. Lido deducts a protocol fee from staking rewards, and the reward rate is variable.
Swap stETH back to ETH or another supported asset. Review the displayed rate, liquidity, fees, and minimum before swapping.
WalletConnect
Use WalletConnect with compatible Ethereum dApps on mobile Atomic Wallet. A connection request and a transaction request both deserve scrutiny.
Check that you opened the intended domain through a trusted route.
Use Atomic’s WalletConnect flow with a compatible dApp.
Check the network, requested permissions, transaction details, and gas before approving.
Atomic’s browser extension is a separate Web3 option. Follow its official setup guide rather than assuming every desktop-wallet feature works identically.
Yes. Atomic Wallet provides ETH staking through Lido. You receive stETH representing your position, and rewards accrue to that balance approximately every 24 hours. Network and protocol fees apply. In Atomic, you exit by swapping stETH back to ETH or another supported asset.
You can manage assets on supported Ethereum scaling networks, including Optimism and Arbitrum, with Polygon available as a separate EVM-compatible network. Select the deposit network carefully: the same EVM-style address does not make balances on different networks interchangeable, and each network requires its appropriate gas asset.
Yes. Store listed ERC-20 tokens such as USDT, USDC, LINK, and UNI at your Ethereum address. If a token is not listed, add it by its verified Ethereum contract address or follow Atomic’s custom-token instructions. Keep ETH available to pay gas when sending ERC-20 tokens, and verify the contract to avoid look-alike tokens.
You do not need the 32 ETH required to run your own validator. Lido lets you stake a smaller amount, but you must review the current in-app minimum and keep enough ETH for staking-related network fees. Atomic reserves a small, variable amount for future fees.
You can connect the mobile Atomic Wallet to compatible Ethereum dApps with WalletConnect. Review the dApp domain, requested permissions, transaction details, and network before approving anything. Atomic’s browser extension is a separate Web3 option; follow its official setup guide rather than assuming every desktop-wallet feature works identically.
Atomic Wallet supports 1,000+ cryptocurrencies across 60+ blockchains.
Install Atomic on desktop or mobile and review the current network fees and Lido terms in the app before staking.
